Costs

We accept various forms of payment, CASH, BACS, DEBIT & CREDIT CARDS. 

I charge £30 for every half hour and the minimum charge is one hour.  A reduced hourly labour rate may be applied where small jobs are completed within the first hour and all business / material costs are covered.

Any specialist trades (electrician for fuse board, gas engineer, waste uplift) may incur additional costs.  

 

• No call-out charge or VAT.

• The above prices are per (x1) tradesman.

• We also offer estimates for any larger jobs (T&C's apply).

 

Please contact me on the mobile WhatsApp, via the website enquiry form or send an email with all your contact details and address.  Provide as much detail as you can or a list of jobs and I will get back to you with a rough estimate on how long it should take to carry out the work and costings.  

 

As with every unique job, I provide customers with regular updates to get the job done as quickly and efficiently as possible, without a reduction in the quality that I take so much pride in providing. 

 

If applicable, materials, consumables (drill bits, saw blades, planer blades, multi-tool blades...) and parts will be charged in addition to the hourly labour rate.

 

Any parking charges (pay and display, RingGo...) and a rate of travel to property depending on the location, will be charged in addition to any fixed price quotes or to the hourly labour rate.  Estimated costings will be provided before the job(s) commence.
